Today is World Gratitude Day. My friend Mel has set up a hop so we can all celebrate it. The hop starts here:
It's an opportunity for us to think about what we have and and to be thankful. I am thankful for so many things. I am thankful for my family and church family. Without them, I would have absolutely nothing. They are my everything. I am so thankful for the love, support, encouragement they give me daily. I am thankful for my kids. They make life so much more interesting. I wouldn't trade anything for the time I get to spend with them.
I am thankful for all of you out there in cyber land. As a little thank you, I have a little freebie for you. I have marked my Yakker Tracker to free until Monday. I created this to help reduce talking out in my classroom and it really helped. I know we are all thankful for a quieter classroom.
Continue the hop and meet Michelle.
Laughing at your title... perfect!! YAKKER TRAKKER!! What a clever idea!! Thanks for sharing!

Hello! I love your behavior management guide, YAKKER TRAKKER! I am also a special education teacher that has many students who struggle with self control; often shouting out during instruction and other inappropriate times. I think they could benefit from this plan! I have incorporated many plans throughout my career, but this one seems simple to follow and esthetically pleasing. What other behavior management tools do you use in your classroom? I currently use an individualized sticker chart where students earn stickers for positive behavior and after a certain amount of stickers they receive small prizes. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Your blog is very nice! I plan to come back!
